Real Estate Photography That Makes Listings Stand Out

Seattle real estate photography and 360 tours designed to showcase your property the way it deserves.

Most Listings Get Ignored

Most listings look the same, and buyers treat them that way. Same angles, same lighting, nothing that actually stands out.

The difference isn’t the property. It’s how it’s presented. When the visuals are done right, people stop scrolling and start paying attention.

MY APPROACH

Intentional Composition

Every frame is built to highlight space, flow, and design. Not just wide for the sake of wide.

Controlled Lighting

Natural light where it works. Added light where it matters. Clean, balanced images that feel true to the space.

FAQ

Do I need to be there for the shoot?

Nope. As long as I have access with lockbox, combo code, or someone on-site, I can handle everything. You’ll get a full set of polished images without needing to hang around.

How quickly will I get my photos and video?

Photos are delivered within 24 hours, and video or drone footage within 48–72 hours from when I finish the shoot. Luxury Package videos can take up to a week. If you're on a tight deadline, just let me know I can usually make it happen.

Can I book multiple properties at once?

Absolutely. Whether you’ve got two back-to-back or a full week of listings, I’m happy to coordinate the schedule and streamline delivery for you.

Do you offer twilight or virtual staging?

Yes to both. I offer twilight editing, twilight shooting (weather dependent), and virtual staging as add-ons. Let me know what you need and I’ll send over pricing.

What’s the best way to prep the home before a shoot?

Think of it like prepping for a showing, clean, clutter-free, and lights on. Hide cords, remove personal items, and make the space feel open.
